The Elliott kids visited the Audubon Center for Birds of Prey in Maitland, Fla., where they got close (but not too close) to the eagles, ospreys and owls.

There’s a friendly manatee who lives at Mote Aquarium, and Aren, Iden and Erysse paid him a little visit. They also saw a sea turtle.

The Space Shuttle is retiring soon, and will be replaced with a new rocket called Constellation. The kids went to Kennedy Space Center in Florida to check out the new spacecraft.
