We met Books Takenaka, assistant general manager at the United Fishing Agency early in the morning to see the freshest catch in Hawaii. The place was crowded with fish and serious fish buyers like George Mavrothalassitis, chef/proprietor of Honolulu’s top-rated Chef Mavro restaurant.
